Description
Allows one person with an infra red remote control to open and close the telescopic building. Low tension (12v) motor boxes, one on each side, powered by sealed batteries charged by 2 solar panels on the roof of the first moving bay.
Declutching system allows easy reversion to manual operation if desired.
No mains electrical cable needed.

- Layout position – frame pool to match desired shape.
- Excavation – Digger to excavate pool shell, taking soil away if not to be used.
- Building perimeter wall along pool shell.
- Steel for reinforcing the concrete must be shaped and put in place to form what will become a steel basket.
- Fitting incorporated items – main drain, skimmers, jets, lights conduits, makeup line – automatically filling where necessary.
- Concrete - height strength concrete is applied with pressure to ensure the highest quality shell.
- Interior finish- plastering and tiling pool.
- The Coaping or decking around the pool can be of many finishes – paving , tiling or traditional white coaping stone
- Building the pump house and installing pool equipment - valving, pump, filter, accessories, all lines are connected to proper inlets and outlets on pool.
- Power is run to pump house. Panel is set with breaks and timer. Equipment is hooked up. Lights are installed.
- Filling and testing pool.
- Surround work – any concrete, paving or tiling can be laid to finish off the pool area.
- Your pool is ready to use!

Sun-Smart offers a no obligation design visit and quotation service - all we ask is that you have a genuine interest in having one of our specialised telescopic pool buildings, and feel comfortable about spending the money!
Our site visits with house owners can last between one and three hours, during which time we will take precise measurements and discuss options suitable for the client and for the site conditions.
The site visit allows us to draw plans for the building and its position relative to the pool. During the visit we will normally make a full technical appraisal and define an exact pricing, so that we can discuss the technical / price configuration fully to your satisfaction.
Options such as the Sun-Smart motor kits can be discussed now or budgeted for adding on later, after installation of the building.
