Job Description : Headquartered in Benalmadena Costa. Malaga, we're seeking a Poolside SPF Equipment Coordinator who will report to the Technical Service Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting the Technical Service Manager in all aspects of Poolside SPFequipment service, maintenance and training. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical & administrative support, and/or college degree preferred.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Will identify problems and offer technical advice to solve issues directly to the customer, or recognize part malfunctions and get the appropriate parts to the customer for repair.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate input, tracking and delivery of new equipment orders.
• Primary service consultant with regards to the Poolside SPF booth equipment to new and existing salon’s thus provide training, training support and technical support to same. (This will primarily be phone support.)
• Orders poolside associated products using in house ordering systems.
• Maintain and update associated database and file records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Insure equipment warranty guidelines are followed for customer support; track warranty related issues with both customer and manufacturer level’s.
• Maintain part stock inventory, including part orders, warranty returns and or replacements. This includes associated database and inventory count sheets.
• Help create and build equipment training guides, customer user and service manuals as well as be a lead in updating same with new information and data.
• Light travel associated with distributor demonstrations and or selected shows and conventions would be expected.
• Assist in poolside promotional activities to include salon promotional functions, industry shows and some salon demonstrations, on an as needed basis.
• Maintain accurate mailing lists, and provide mass mailings as required for technical and or service updates to existing customers.

Abilities:
• Ability to independently analyze situations and solve problems while efficiently managing multiple projects
• Ability to interface successfully with all levels of employees, customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to include listening and speaking effectively on phone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
