Job Description :

We are looking for people with ambition, the desire to succeed and a mature outlook.

The ideal candidate will have cold calling and sales experience and the ability to learn and follow instructions. We are looking for people who would like to build a long term relationship with us and who have excellent interpersonal skills in addition to good written and spoken English and Spanish skills (we have head offices in Spain and the UK). You will spend at least 20 housr per week visiting clients between the hours of 9am and 5pm with the occasional early evening or weekend appointment. Your aim will be to liaise with buyers.

Your report will then be transmitted to HO Lease forms with the relevant people (Name, buyers etc) will then ensure a quick and smooth completion. You will be required to visit Hotels, Water Parks, Holiday Complex's, Theme Parks, Tanning/Beauty Salons etc.
The successful candidates will be based from HQ and have their own transport, a mobile phone, a and the use of a PC with access to broadband internet. You will begin working with us on a part time basis leading to full time for the right candidate. Your earning potential and commission is down to your time and effort. Remuneration, The successful candidate will be paid on a commission only basis, payable on the completed lease Agreement or sale. Commission only basis.
