Who is Sun-Smart?
We manufacture equipment and products that are on the cutting edge of medical, health and beauty and skin rejuvenation related technology. We have products that utilize LED, ultraviolet and infrared light technology, which is a process sometimes referred to “phototherapy.”

We also manufacture a line of "Poolside SPF Spray booth" and “HPUV Sunless Tanning” machines that create a unique, state-of-the-art alternative to conventional UV tanning. Your sunless tanning customers care about the health and appearance of their skin. What “exactly” is this Photo Therapy technology and what is it based on?
Over the past decade, several teams of scientists, physicians, engineers and other researchers have made numerous groundbreaking discoveries about the healing, rejuvenation and therapeutic capabilities of LED light. Paul Spivak, is an engineer who specializes in LED technology. He has been one of the leaders in this field for several years. The first and only company of its type to introduce a full line of commercial grade machines capable of treating specific health issues, providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments, and improving lifestyle.

Are all of our treatments non-invasive?
Yes, all of the treatments are pleasant, completely safe, non-invasive and produce dramatic results – most in a very short period of time.

Phototherapeutic treatments have recently received clearance by the United States Food and Drug Administration for applications such as skin rejuvenation, acne, wound healing and pain management. Pure LED-emitting, phototherapy devices are classified by the FDA as possessing “non-significant risk” due to the fact that they are completely safe and possess no possibility of harm from over-exposure.

Is there proof that they work?
Yes. Clinical studies, scientific and medical research, independent testing and patient testimonials are available. Some of this research can be found on our website, and more can be found by simply searching the web and other resources.

How does the Sunless Tanning process work?
In less than minute, the fully automated spray machine evenly sprays a fine mist of accelerator solution for the ultimate blend for fast-acting results over the entire body. The sunless ingredient,accelerator, begins to react naturally with the skin to create an even golden brown tan that will last for about a week.

How do I benefit?
We are looking for a network of people to distribute our products. We currently have seven (7) models that are available for immediate sale, with additional machines on the drawing board. The products we manufacture are revolutionary, cutting edge and proven to work. As the applications and use of these products grow, the demand for these products will be nothing short of incredible, which translates into enormous profit potential. Now is the time to enter this exciting new field!

How do the customers/clients that use the LED machines benefit?
Each LED machine has a specific number of recommended treatments or sessions based on the severity of the condition or the desired aesthetic results. Depending on the particular situation, the session cost to the consumer or patient is usually recommended at between £15 and £25. In each case, it takes several sessions to achieve the full treatment or desired results.

Consumers and/or patients benefit from procedures that are easy, economical, pleasant and non-invasive – and that really work. How do I become part of this?

What does it cost to get in and secure my Exclusive Territory?
The cost for an Exclusive Territory is £15,000

What about buying a country?
We are willing to discuss any reasonable offer for a country.

What are the requirements to maintain the territory?
The Annual Quota is to sell TEN units based on a territory. If the territory you have is larger, the Annual Quota increases on a pro-rated basis. Using the example above. Units sold in excess of the Annual Quota do not count toward the next year’s quota. The agreement automatically renews itself for one year periods if the quota has been met. The quotas are extremely reasonable, and should not be difficult to meet for anyone who puts in even a very modest sales effort.

Who do I sell to?
Med-Spas, day spas, fitness facilities, hotels & resorts, high end beauty salons, tanning salons, health spas, doctors (particularly plastic surgeons and dermatologists), clinics, psychology and mental health facilities, and more. You may also find individual entrepreneurs who want to open businesses based solely on our equipment.

How does the business work for me?
You are a Distributor – you buy from us at Distributor pricing and sell at MSRP to your clients. You pay us. Your client pays you. This is your business. Your client makes money on the product by charging the consumer or patient for treatments on a per session basis.

Do I need to warehouse machines?
No, even though you are a Distributor and responsible for paying us, we will warehouse equipment for you. You only need to order when you get a Purchase Order from a client. We will then drop ship the machine directly to the customer for you. So, in essence, you will not have any shipping or handling responsibilities and you never have to pay for a machine until it is ordered by a client.

How is my territory protected?
The territories we assign are exclusive. Any sales you make in your area are yours, period. We will not assign any part of your exclusive territory to any other Distributor, nor will we conduct any sales agency of our own in your area. However, you will directly benefit from any sales made by Corporate or by another Distributor that affects your area. That benefit will be 25% of the profit on all units sold into your area. As an example, if one of your associate Distributors sells a national Med-Spa company on putting our units into all of their locations throughout the country, you would receive 50% of the profit on all units shipped into your territory. This is spelled out in detail in our Distributor Agreement.

How is my business protected?
Regarding protection of the intellectual property, we have several patents and patents pending. Also, our engineering and research and development activities are ongoing. As we move forward, we will be introducing even newer and more advanced technologies. Our company will be the leader and will remain the leader in this technology – and we are protecting all our technologies and our business with patents.

What help do I receive from corporate?
We have already started a national ad campaign. The leads from all advertising will be forwarded to the distributor. We highly recommend you visit our corporate headquarters for a half day training program. You will also receive a Starter Kit which includes the following items:
