How much does a Sun-Smart® Booth cost?

We have a number of different pricing plans to best suit your resort. Some buyers will qualify for free booth placements while others may prefer to purchase the booth.

Are there financing options available?

Yes. If a free placement is not available, Sun-Smart Finance Partner will find an affordable lease or financing option.

What kind of guest will use the booth?

Are there financing options available?

How much does the Sun-Smart® solution cost?

£300 - €395 per 5 gallons. (Approx. 300 Sprays)

What kind of maintenance does it require?

• The booth should be wiped down daily.
• The workmanship and components of the booth are warranted for at least a year. The engineering of the booth is extremely elegant and all components are designed to be simple and maintenance free.

How many sprays per container will I get ?

What kind of usage can I expect from the booth?

This varies based on several factors. Our research shows that between 25-75% of pool guests will use the Sun-Smart® Booth.

How long does an application last?

The protection time varies. As with other high quality, broad spectrum sunscreens, Our Lotions should be reapplied depending on several factors.  Some of these factors include:

• Your skin type: People with lighter skin or those prone to sunburn should reapply more often.
• Your activities: Swimming and vigorous exercise reduce the effective life of all sunscreens.
• The time of year: The sun is more intense during the summer months.
• The weather: Intense sunlight requires more frequent application, however you can be badly sunburned even on cloudy or overcast days.
• Your geographic location: Sun exposure closer to tropical areas often increases your risk of sunburn, and extra care should be taken in these areas.

Do I need to wear eye protection when using the Sun-Smart Booth?

No. All of our formulations are tears-free so even small children find it fun and easy to use the Sun-Smart® Booth. While we recommend closing your eyes during the application, Allevea products are formulated to cause no eye irritation. Unlike continuous spray sunscreens, our Lotions contain NO irritating alcohol.

Why do I need to rub in the Products after an application?

After exiting the Sun-Smart® booths we recommend rubbing the solution into your body. This will help the Lotions products penetrate your skin.

Will Sun-Smart products stain my clothes?

No. None of our products will affect your clothing or stain them in any way.

Will Sun-Smart products make my hair greasy?

The fine mist will not affect your hair or styling products.

What if the machine did not work or the application session was interrupted?

Contact one of the pool staff or front desk or our Sun-Smart Advisors at your property to request assistance.

Can more than one person use the Sun-Smart® booth at a time?

Yes. The Sun-Smart Double Booth Coming soon is designed for a double use.

No. If using a single booth usage is for one person only.

Q: What is the Skin-Rejuvenation Treatment by Light Therapy Systems UK & Spain?
A: It is patent-pending technology that stimulates cellular activity in the skin through the application of narrow band red light produced by light emitting diodes (LEDs).

Q: Upon what science is the technology based?

Q: Are all of our treatments non-invasive?

Phototherapeutic treatments have recently received clearance by the United States Food and Drug Administration for applications such as skin rejuvenation, acne, wound healing and pain management. Pure LED-emitting, phototherapy devices are classified by the FDA as possessing “non-significant risk” due to the fact that they are completely safe and possess no possibility of harm from over-exposure.

Q: Is there proof that they work?

Q: Is LED light therapy for everyone? 
LED Light Therapy is not for you if you suffer from one of the following conditions:
Pregnancy – studies have not sufficiently assessed the risk to pregnant women and their babies, therefore it not recommended;
Epilepsy – certain light frequencies can trigger an epileptic seizure;
Photo-allergic - if you are photo-allergic, or are taking any medication that causes light sensitivity, such as Tetracycline

Q: What parts of the body are simultaneously treated by the Light Therapy Systems UK & Spain LED Skin Rejuvenator?
A: The LED Skin Rejuvenator treats those parts of the body that are most effected by cumulative exposure to sunlight because they are almost always exposed: the face, the neck and the hands.

Q: Who should use the LED Skin Rejuvenator?
A: Anyone who wants to improve their skin tone and appearance should use the LED Skin Rejuvenator, regardless of age.

Q: What is the recommended schedule for using the LED Skin Rejuvenator?
A: The manufacturer recommends one session each week for six weeks, and one session a month thereafter. Each session lasts twenty minutes.

Q: Do I need to cover my eyes during the session?
A: The manufacturer recommends using eye wear for comfort because the narrow band red light produced by the LED Skin Rejuvenator is very bright.
